Additional Custom Pages Request

Broadridge's website service provides 20 custom pages which fits the content needs for most users. For users who need more than 20 pages, you can purchase additional custom pages in blocks of 20.

The cost for a block of 20 additional pages is $7.50 per month.

Upon submitting the form, please allow 3-5 Business Days for processing, at the end of which the additional pages will appear without notice.

If all available pages had been used prior to the request for expanded pages, then the option to add a new custom page will reappear under the menu option “Custom Pages.”

If all available pages had not been used, then the option to add a new custom page under the menu option “Custom Pages” will continue to be visible until all of the original + additional pages have been used.

» Website User ID The Broadridge User ID number can be found by logging in to your Website Administrator. Once logged in, click on “My Profile” in the upper right. Requests with the wrong User ID cannot be honored.
