**Please note: Web site cancellation also includes domain name cancellation. For security reasons, Broadridge can not release domain names unless we receive direction from the domain name owner to do so. If no request is submitted to release the domain name to the domain owner, Broadridge will allow the name to expire. Any domains managed by Broadridge will be deactivated 30 days after cancellation. Any email associated with the domain may no longer function. Website cancellation requests must be received on or before the last business day of the month or the next month's charges will be incurred. Suspension or termination of services does not relieve the Subscriber from paying past-due and ongoing charges. A written request to terminate Subscriber's service relieves Subscriber only of Subscriber's obligation to pay future account charges; It does not relieve Subscriber of past obligations and charges. Charges incurred prior to Broadridge Advisor Solution receipt of Subscriber's cancellation request will not be refunded.
